Starting Pitcher: Customer Service Training

Build the skills you need to help each new customer from May to October as if they are your first with the Starting Pitcher: Customer Service Training. As part of the Skagway Spring Training event, this four- hour training will give you the resources or fine- tune the tools to best serve your customers. Plus, after the training, support Skagway High School Students by ordering a spaghetti dinner. This event and dinner are available to all members of the community and may be purcahsed independently or by an employer.

Event Cost: Pre-register $25/ Attendee; Day-of $30/ Attendee

EMPLOYER DISCOUNT: 5% off when sending 5-9 employees, 10% off when sending 10-19 employees, 20% off when sending 20+ employees.

Dinner: Spaghetti (veggie or meat sauce), garlic bread, and salad

Dinner Cost: $10 at the door, pre-register for dinner but pay when you get there

Schedule-

Training Starts: 2:00pm

Break: 4:00pm (30 minutes)

Training Continues: 4:30pm

*Optional* Spaghetti Feed: 6:00pm (Funds raised from the Spaghetti Feed go to the Skagway High School for the Student Trip to Japan)
